At Artists & Fleas, I was the Social Media Manager, meaning I led the development and execution of the brand’s social media content strategy. I was responsible for creating and curating photo and video content for the brand’s organic channels. Additionally, I oversaw influencer marketing strategies, fostering and managing relationships with brand partners to enhance brand awareness while ensuring that all campaigns remained within budget.

The social strategy I implemented continued to garner 218K impressions and 5K+ engagements with a 2.8% engagement rate on a monthly basis. I used photo and video captured by the content team that I managed across 3 market locations in the U.S to arrange a consistent content calendar that showcased all brand's locations. I also crafted original graphics and wrote mission based captions to reinforce brand values.

The brand's organic video posts reach 232K+ accounts monthly, utilizing the content strategy I crafted, which was informed with timely and relevant trend research. I coordinated and produced a diverse range of video content for social channels, collaborating with a content team to highlight both the community within the market and the products offered.

By sourcing creators on social media channels organically, I set guidelines for, coordinated and contracted influencers to create engaging content for the brand that garner up to 89.5K impressions, with a 3.6% engagement rate on average per campaign.
